past 2 weeks.. been about the same routine for my daily stuff for meals, work, gym, etc with the exception of the addition of thanksgiving holiday in the mix. typical day of getting stuffed followed by spending the remainder of the day doing very little. picking up a couple more days on my own at the gym has been good though. getting closer to solving the mysterious (presumed) allergic reaction cause. though i'd let some things slip a bit, i'm again refocusing on things and seeing results. overall, a couple cheat days i probably shouldn't have allowed but a couple pounds lighter nonetheless. still, not letting cheat days becoming a blind-eyed common occurrence is necessary. i'd say all in all though, the past 2 weeks have been productive for my goals. today.. laundry and hopefully work in a gym visit before a family event.. or after is fine.. as long as i actually do it!
